3D Customizable AI LLM Chatbot Platform Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Illuni Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') and members regarding the use of the 3D customizable AI character-based interactive platform MoiiMe (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service').
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: Refers to the platform provided by the company that enables communication and interaction with 3D custom AI characters, along with associated AI and data analysis-based services.
- Member: Refers to an individual who enters into an agreement with the company under these terms and conditions and uses the service. The service is only available to users aged 13 and above, and information from users under 13 will not be stored.
- Character: Refers to an interactive AI object, including the 3D avatar and related data, that a member creates or customizes within the platform.
- Character Data: Refers to all data related to the character, including appearance, clothing, conversation history, and user customization settings. This data is not used for training AI models.
- Content: Refers to data such as conversation history, character settings, text, images, audio, video, etc., that is created by members or provided by the platform. Content created by members is managed under their responsibility, and the service may be restricted if illegal or harmful content is posted.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): Refers to content created directly by members, such as conversations, images, videos, AI character settings, and other data, which must comply with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and the platform’s community guidelines.
- Legal Responsibility: Members bear legal responsibility for the content they create while using the service, and the company may take action to remove illegal content if discovered.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
- The company posts the contents of these terms and conditions in a manner easily accessible to members, including on the initial screen of the service, settings menu, and announcements.
- The company may revise the terms and conditions within the scope of compliance with relevant laws, and revisions due to legal changes or service policy updates may be applied immediately.
- When revising the terms, the company will notify members of the revised content and the effective date at least 7 days in advance through in-app announcements and email. For changes that are disadvantageous to members, the company will notify them in the same way 30 days before the effective date.
- If a member does not agree with the revised terms, they may stop using the service and request contract termination. In this case, the member's registered content and account information will be handled according to the terms and the privacy policy.
- If a member continues to use the service after the revised terms come into effect, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
